Yes! Honda305.com is a community with members from all over the world (every continent is represented!). We are united by a shared set of interests.

The h305 Auctions is a resource with a focus on the subjects of our interests - the motorcycles we love. Will it be a viable alternative to other auctions on the Internet? I think it can be. Let's try it out!

Q. What does it cost to use this Auction? What are the Fees?

If you are an individual, the h305 Auctions is free of charge, to both buyers and sellers, for as long as I can keep it that way.

List and sell your items, from gaskets to complete motorcycles without any fees. One exception: if your motorcycle sells through honda305, we would appreciate a contribution of $10.

If you are a Business and wish to set up a Storefront or sell items in bulk, please contact me to discuss the terms.

I suggest keeping the focus on the early Hondas, with an emphasis on Superhawks, Scramblers and Dreams. Anything related to the hobby of collecting riding and restoring these vintage motorcycles; things like that are OK, but if you decide to sell your cat or dog, I'd consider that to be somewhat off.

Q. I am registered on the h305 Forum. Can I log in to the Auction with my h305 Forum Username and Password?
A.
For now, you will need a separate Username/Password to use the Auction.

Q. Are there any extra-cool features your Auction offers?
A.
As the matter of fact, yes! Some highlights:
  • Swap Offers  -  Instead of listing to sell, you can list and accept Swap Offers from interested parties.
     
  • Anti-Sniping Protection  -  If you know what auction sniping is, you know the value of this feature. If the auction server detects a snipe attempt, the auction end time is extended by a few minutes.
