Do you have any magical tricks like that to make it run with the headlight on. Runs fine until I turn the key to the notch for the headlights. Battery is not healthy; could it be that simple?

Did you adjust the LARGE adjuster held tight with that bolt with the 10mm head?. ......................lm I'm having a similar issue on my '66 CA77. Clutch cable broke while riding. I replaced the cable and the new cable doesn't disengage the clutch. I tool off the oil slinger cover and watched the...

I escalated my dispute to a claim a last week and STILL can't get any communication out of the guy. At this point he's off the deep end and just stealing money or he's got bigger problems to deal with.

Escalated my dispute to a claim. Tom has never once responded to email, calls, or even the PayPal dispute. Meanwhile, he has my money. There is no excuse beyond w health issue, and even then somebody should be monitoring his business and issuing refunds. More likely, the guy is just a common criminal.

Count me in as another customer Tom Day at Apex Cycle ripped off. Charged me via paypal for a CA77 clutch cable. No receipt, no contact, doesn't answer emails or phone calls. What a flake. You can defend him as much as you want, but I call it being a thief.

Did you have to do some milling on the new bars or did you find some with the slot?
