Here's a photo of one of the gaskets I made. I think I got this right the third time. Also, you'll notice the filler piece I had made where the clutch adjuster goes (see the ring).. I had to do this because the seal was unobtainable. 35mm on the outside, 8mm on the inside! Kinda reminded me of that ...

A couple of updated photos...

Forks were very difficult to assemble. Multiple springs, spacers, etc. Similar to later dream, but most of the cantilever suspension is held in an oil bath in the bottom. Also, while these engines look like 2 strokes, the push rod activated valves are under the top cover. The third pic is the parts ...
