Jumper a wire (heavy gauge) from the battery to the starter side of the starter relay and see if the starter turns and if so then see if it runs. If that works, then you just need to work on the relay itself or just get a new one. I can't remember if you can easily disassemble those or not. That see...

I just realized that the best way to do this is to just ad the kill switch in series to that circuit and so the switch is normally closed while running and you open it for shut down. I'm used to dealing with self sustaining magnetos which to shut them down you essentially short that primary coil lea...

Kill switch CB77

Hi, I'd like to install a kill switch on my bike. My ignition switch is so worn out that any of my old Honda keys will work and also will come out in any position. So short of getting a new switch, riding with a key in the switch is not an option. Hence the kill switch so my bike isn't sitting there...

So given all mounting screws are installed, the cover and all of it's components are assembled correctly, and the rider isn't too hard on the kicker, they shouln't crack?

Why do they break?

Why is it that the side covers crack from the strain of the kicker?
Missing side cover screws? Improper assembly/alignment marks not lined up? Or just poor design?

Just curiouse.
