Help locating Honda Dream Rings

I am trying to find part number 13010-275-000. These are suppose to be the rings I need for my honda dream 305 pistons. I have have put a caliper on my old rings and they measure 1.43mm on the two thin rings and 2.78mm on the one thick ring. I believe I have the correct part number. Can anyone confi...

The hubs are really what I'm wondering about. I have cleaned the rims and buffed out each spoke on the buffing wheel but am unsure how to clean up the hub. The polish up great but I want them to look stock and not polished but I don't know how to make them look clean and new? Any help?

A little electrical cleaner and sandpaper and it stopped sparking and got her running. Thanks again for the help.
