I can't find where the frame serial number is located on my honda dream 305 did they use frame numbers or just the numbers on the engine?

The hubs are really what I'm wondering about. I have cleaned the rims and buffed out each spoke on the buffing wheel but am unsure how to clean up the hub. The polish up great but I want them to look stock and not polished but I don't know how to make them look clean and new? Any help?
