I removed the circlip but I can't tell if the center piece with six teeth on it stayed attached to the inter clutch or if it stay on the shaft. There is some rust as the motor was seized up. I am not sure where to pry or softly tap. As for the rotor after I thread the bolt into the end of the rotor ...

I had to remove the right side engine case to get that bolt out. All of my phillips bolt I had to use a impact driver that I bought for $12 at Auto Zone. Why are you pulling out the motor?

front pegs

Is anyone have any good advice on how to keep the front pegs from wanting to come off or slide around. I am half tempted to liquid nails glue inside them and see if that works. Or if anyone has a good lead on some new front pegs.

Thanks Adam.

I am so confused. I took off the right side cover in the process of pulling the motor out to work on it and after loosing the screws I thought I would check the kick start again and it worked. What the heck. I can not get it to reproduce the problem again. If it was a problem with the clutch the kic...
