The most difficult part was putting on the spring. Pennies help a great deal. Bend the spring andinsert pennies between each coil on both sides. This helps stretch the spring.

Float Height - Clymers Manual and CB125/160 Service Manual
From the Clymers manual the float height should be set to 19.5 mm or .77 inches. I also have the service manual and measurements in there are the same. Be happy to scan manual pages and send to you.

Great Instructions
This was a great help on my CB160. At first the light was coming when I passed the F mark the I readjusted the points and the light came on when I reached F mark. It fired up and ran great. So many thanks

Thanks for the tips so far. I am definitely going to get my switch from DCC and also the blinkers. I noticed there is a possibility for a kill switch on the control.
