What year CA95?

Hello all, I’m not sure this forum is used much anymore for whatever reason but back in the day it was my goto for rebuilds. Restoring a early model CA95, frame #CA95 2104130. Trying to determine the year so I can get it re-titled. Usually I look at the wiring harness but this one just reads A92 485...

Re: Behind the side covers!

Well, I had a feeling that was the case. It’ll be something to address later as I’m having some issues with it jumping in and out of 2nd gear and I’m told that’s fairly common but requires a case split to fix too.
Much appreciate your info.

Behind the side covers!

I have the Superhawk up for repairs. Was leaking oil from the right side cover and finally going to change the slipping clutch. I recently sent both the speedos from my CB77 and CA77 out to Foreign Speedo Inc. in San Diego. The CB77 had quit completely and the CA77 was dragging and never indicated above about 30 mph. Preston is the guy I dealt with and he was great. they checked them both out and called me with their recomme...

O-Ring Chain for CA77/CB77

Hey all, in searching this forum on this topic I came across this. Is it really this simple to get an O-ring chain. In asking previously Ive been led to believe there were none available. This link takes you to the 525 chain, is that the correct size and can I just count the number of links I need a...

Re: Source for O-ring chain

Here is o-ring chain at a reasonable price and reasonable shipping - With a few drops of oil occasionally to keep the o-rings soft it should last forever inside the Dream chain case. http://www.mfgsupply.com/motorcycle/cycledrivechain/cycledrivechain525o.html Hello all, in searching this forum I ca...

Thank you G-Man. That is exactly what I did last time. Before taking it apart the steering was smooth, now I can actually see the dimples in the old races.
