Hi Alan, Good luck with your CB160. I'd like to post Frank "Uch" Giannini's number if anyone is looking for excellent work on vintage race Honda's. Uch has built a CR77 replica few years ago by grafting a Suzuki top end on a CB77 bottom. 973-207-9086

Home made CYB replica brake parts white CAD plated, pedal now chromed. Kyron Plating for chrome 216-221-7275. Beautiful new replica cable from Scrambler Cycle.

Vince, Most of my race bikes have no chain guard. I use PJ1 Blue lube, practically no lube comes off.

Dick, I used the Eastwood home tin-zinc plater for many years, it works well enough. I have always bead blasted the parts before plating, to remove rust. For years since my last update? Better late than never! Aftermarket fairing mounted. The windscreen had many nasty scratches, so I wet sanded with 600 down to 1000 grit sand paper, then used a wool buff on my portable drill to buff to clear again. Dick, I'll try to call tomorrow. The front rim is a rear XS650 polished flange rim, laced to the GT750 hub. The rear is a unknown? DID? It needs to match the front, so I may change that in the future. Gordon, I'll get back to work on the engine in a month or so, and check into my piston selection- I...
