I can't really afford to be a trial guinniepig at the moment. I'd have to wait to see if Tom Day is as good as his word. For me to have my wheels re-built here in Aus is about $1200. My concern with the apexcycle kits is the nipple appears to sit hard on the inside edge of the rim and so does the sp...

The kit includes: 2x 16x1.85 Union Cycle chrome rims with 36 inner and 36 outer Takasago chrome spokes and steel nipples. The seller is 'apexcycle' As I live in Australia...

Front fender trim.

G'Day all, I'm trying to hunt down a front guard/fender chrome trim for my c77 Dream. Were there many styles? And are there any aftermarket options or suppliers? Used is fine, as I'd get it re chromed anyway I can't seem to source one locally here in Oz, so now the search widens. I can only seem to ...

My Dream had been sitting since 73 and pretty rough. I used 50/50 molasses and water to fill up the bores on Monday when I had the motor on my workbench and had removed the head. I let it sit for a couple of days, and yesterday I then used a kids medicine syringe to suck out the mix. I then spent ab...

Frame price???

Hi guys, I just have a quickie for you. I have a 1960 dream frame with '65 and later parts on it. Including a 305, 65 loom, tank, shock mounts, one broken, ect. ect. Are the 1960 frames worth more than later ones?? I've been offered my '60 frame as a swap for a later frame and shock mounts. Is this ...

Well, it sold. There was no reserve and the guide price was $6000.
My jaw dropped when it hit the $10,000 mark, but it didn't stop until the hammer dropped at ...................$14,500.
I did not see that coming.
