Classic Bike magazine

I just got the new edition of the British magazine "Classic Bike"-it has a nice pair of 305s on the cover, and a good article and road test of a '64 CB77 and a '67 CL77.

The right-side cover is often cracked at the kickstart bushing-it seems to be one of the rare weak points of this machine. The bushing itself is a plastic material, and these days often crumbles to pieces. My 305 had a long,nasty bead of weld clear across the right-side cover, so I got another on eb...

Seeing as how it is some sort of plastic, it doesn't take much to drive it out. I usually use a socket that is just a little bit smaller in diameter to tap the bushing out.
