Re: 337 Head Gaskets WantedAre you saying that your engine has been overbored? If so, you will probably have a lot of trouble finding a gasket. There must be people who make custom head gaskets and in your position I would be looking for this type of shop. Modifying a standard one should be fairly easy.

Re: Trying to find CL77 rear sprocket and drive chainThe chain should be easy to replace. I bought one at a local repair shop. It's a standard chain and they knew what I needed when they saw the old one. I can offer no help on getting a new sprocket. They can be custom made but it's a bit expensive.

Re: Crankcase clacking when hot - NOT kickstartYou say that the sound comes from low down in the engine so I don't think that the cam chain would be the most likely cause. The first place I would look is at the primary drive chain. It's low in the engine, would do the same thing if loose and it's easy to get at, being behind the left side cover....
