350cc pistons

All, I race a CB72 bored to 350cc (64 mm bore) using ASSO pistons. Having broken another set, I am looking to get some remade (as ASSOs are not available anyone). Presently I have a quote from Omega in the UK for £120 + VAT per piston (forged), which is ok, but the minimum order is 20. I am also wor...

Thanks all. Gordon I am on a 530 chain, but a 520 front sprocket will work. However, the JT sprocket code JTF568 which is available in 15, 16, 17 and 18 tooth will fit the CB72/77 spline - I think my bike is is the early (deep) spline with two locking tab bolt holes which is what i have measured JTF...

My head and barrel are totally flat and oil does weep from the gasket. On that basis I will use sealant for the next engine rebuild. The bike is working hard though, revving to about 10,000 with high compression and high lift cams so I can forgive a bit of weeping. If it's not too late, i recommend ...

I went round this at the start of this year when building my motor for the season. I got these people to make me one with a 66 mm bore http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-SUPERHAWK-COPPER-HEAD-GASKET-56MM-X-1-06MM-THICK-/161963965368?hash=item25b5cdfbb8 for my race bike which has 64mm Asso pistons. I di...

I used a little heat and a chain wrench. Without heat wouldn't move. With, easy.
