Have you tried Ali Express, I needed replacement bushes for the brake anchor arm on my CA77 and found a place that has many sizes of sleeved rubber bushes. I had to shorten them slightly but got the diameters internal and external I needed.

Some where on this forum there is a post about using a Kawasaki idler with the advantage of a needle roller instead of the plain bush.

Unfortunately the tensioner roller pin is burred over so the only way to separate the roller from the shaft is to grind off the end.
