CB72-77 Owners manual

Hi guys,
I’ve just got hold of an Owners manual, you know, the small one that is usually on the bike but more often than not missing. This one’s a bit grubby but perfectly useable. I’m willing to post but obviously the US 🇺🇸 is a bit pricey. It’s got to be worth £10 just for the rarity

I did a similar method on an old Norton, I bored inside the rings and then was able to break the piston away without damaging the bore.

They should improve the handling, I always felt my CA77 was really nice to ride until you started to corner a bit faster or ride a bumpy road, then it got a bit too exciting.

I don’t wish to appear rude but…… why do people take either the carbs off or the plugs out before storing the bike in a river for a few years. Always seems such a shame that what could have been rebuildable becomes a salvage operation!

Hi Michael, I did post the completed frame repair a while ago but for those new to site I’ll show the photos again. Being double skinned meant I had to do it in stages to avoid distortion. Once near completion I used a laser to check for alignment and tweaked the frame before finally finishing the w...

Almost nothing is the same, even the drive is on the opposite side, the headlight is about 1/4” smaller. 305 on the left and the c95 on the right.
