Hi All, Due to my lungs the doctor has told me to stay away from dust and chemicals. So I'm not going to be able to restore or reassemble either of my two bikes. Super, super job. You have accomplished a beautiful restoration, you should be very proud of yourself. I had two new ones right off the showroom floor and yours is the equal to the two of them.

You assume correctly, as far as I know all exterior pieces are the same. Some may have been changed in different years and runs but they are basically the same. Cliff

Sarals, I'm, pretty sure you have already checked it but are you sure the slides are in the correct carb. It's been along time but if I remember right there is a plastic tab on the side of the slide that fits in a grove in the carb, they are not interchangeable. Just a thought, Cliff
