I'm sorry to have worried everyone, I have no explanation for what happened to me...

If you use a cheap meter, you WILL see wild fluctuations if not far as possible from the coils, points, etc. I use 8 foot test leads and place my meter on the floor...It settles down nicely.

Trim plug wire ends yet?
Check cap resistance?
I replace plug caps with non resistor.
Also swap coli leads and swap the blue/ yellow points leads to the condenser an see if the problem stays or moves to other side????
