I think the gear change shaft on your bike is pretty well a Japanese standard sized spline, if so there will be plenty of levers which will fit. Why not have a walk round a bike breakers yard and pick up a few that look something like then see which you can 'fine tune' to your requirements. What do...

Eliminate heel toe shift lever

Hey all,

I'd like to get rid of the heel/toe shift lever on the dream - it gets in the way...a lot...

I don't want to cut this one up - I'll just throw it in the box of extra parts for the next owner

Anyone know what other "regular" lever will slide onto the splines ?

Well today my level of frustration has reached a new high... I truly do not know where to turn at this point. The day started with draining the oil and refilling with a straight SAE 30wt. Hmm..

Can't remember if I filled it with 10w30 regular oil or 20w50 synthetic (high zinc) VR1

I wondered about heavier springs...

The Barnett units you mention ?....just eBay search ca77 clutch spring ?
