The DREAM is same as point cam mark down but turn rotor 360 and mark will be straight up.

You can tell when and which each piston is at TDC.
Mark on the end of the points came is straight down and rotor is at "T" right piston is at TDC.
Half turn on the rotor and the mark is at 9:00 left piston is at TDC.
No guessing!. ...............lm

The rims are different.
Usually the rear will be a bit wider.
And because the rear wheel is driven by the chain the spoke will be a bit thicker for strength. ...........lm.....................lm

I don't think it matters.
By comparing other parts for that assembly I think HONDA only changed the supplier and not the design. ...................lm

TO replace the chain roller (not the chain tensioner) does require the removal of the head and cylinder assy.
Two bolts hold the roller to the case top. ..................lm
