Hello Awilliam64, Welcome to the forum. It appears the bike is an early 1965 with a later model seat. The bike has been setting for 34 years so there is a chance the carbs are damaged. You could put the bike on the centerstand in 4th gear and see if you can get it to turn over(taking the sparkplugs ...

Loudmouse you have an eagle eye. At some point the brackets must have been taken apart and reassembled by someone not paying attention.

I seem to remember that Honda did make some stainless exhaust in the early production runs.
Does your magnet stick to them? If they are indeed original stainless items, they are probably worth a bit of money.

According to Mr. Silver, 160-175 psi, but it's not exactly clear if this is cold cranking pressure.
If your values fall below this, don't assume you have a problem, there are many varibles that will affect your reading.
