Hard to see clearly but if you look close the kick start arm is at the 11 o' clock position as specified by LM. That's about where mine is and it works fine, one 'notch' lower...

I don't know if there is any magic involved but the raised are under the seal and about another 1mm was completely masked off and has no pai...

It's my understanding is that ALL CL72s and 77s had the metal top cover on the rear dampers, mine certainly came like that. I think it may have something to do with the proximity of the left hand damper to the exhaust pipes? DJM

Re: Elektronik Sachse Ignition - Junk, Do not buyGrinding a small groove for the wiring seems a small price to pay for what seems a good product, triggers from the crank as it should. To me anything that works from the original points cam area is loosing half of the potential benefits of the upgrade. Keep us all informed as to progress.
