Well I have not done much recently with the bike. I have been working on a 1970 c70 as well. But I did just acquire these for the ridiculous price of $120 shipped :)

Mufflers are also aftermarket. I am in oregon and rebuilding a 65 that is in way worse shape than yours.

The first two shops politely declined to do the work and the third shop that has done recent work for me quoted 275 per rim. I came home and ordered a rear rim and both spoke ...

I got off my but and split the cases. In talking with Ed, this should make it easier to free my severely stuck pistons..
