Evapo-Rust would be as good as anything. I'm a believer in Kroil but in this case Evapo-Rust, in addition to penetrating and lubricating, should convert the rust too. I'm assuming it is rust that has it locked up. I use Evapo-Rust in my ultrasonic to derust and decrud with pretty good results.

LM, I've used Vessel impacts for years but only recently ordered the proper JIS bits for mine. Vessel has some outstanding JIS screwdrivers too. The difference in the fit from Phillips is quite pronounced and you don't damage the case screws with JIS.

The HF impact you're using probably has Phillips bits. You need to buy a JIS bit set. JIS will fit the fasteners properly and you should get much better purchase whereas the SAE bits you're using cannot make full contact with the fasteners because they're designed to cam out. I'll be there riding my Super Cub. It's a huge place with a lot of things to see and do. I want to see a lot of the practice, qualifying and racing but I also want to spend a lot of time in the swap meet area. A good paddock bike like the Cub comes in handy.
