that IMRON paint costs an arm and a leg now. The lady on line says they only use it for aircraft or something. Who knows how reliable she is. I used much much much cheaper single stage paint and used LM's recommended paint method on my cruiser... worked really well. I think i'm going to paint my sup...

lacquer chips too easy. if you can't find enamel, use urethane. Personally, on these old motorbikes, I just use a single stage paint. No primer, no clear coat, no sanding. I used such a paint on my cruiser, shines fine, very durable, gas doesn't phase it. there is an orange peel to it... but again, ...

Tonight I'll photoshop some of your ideas.
I'm an IT guy and an artist on the side, so photoshop is right up my alley.

I get off work at 6pm mountain time, so might be a little late before I post the ideas here.

I remember someone on here alternated dry ice and a heat gun to pop a dent out. Never done it myself. might be worth searching.

If ya get a black stock seat for it, and add some of the chrome accessories, I think you'll be satisfied that the bike isn't too red.
