Carb Insulators

Post by SkykingC310 » Sun Jul 19, 2015 5:38 pm

I'm working through a resto on a '65 CB77 and came across something...

The insulators are stamped 22-22. Is that right for a CB77? I see some on ebay that are stamped 25-26. Which ones are correct or does it make a difference?

Thanks,

Adam

I'd be suspicious. They're probably from another bike like a 160 or 250. The CB77 parts have a slight diameter change front to back, probably 25 to 26mm although I've never measured it.

What number(s) are on your insulators?

22-22 insulators are for CB/CL72 and 25-26 are for CB/CL77.
