I haven't needed to buy any inlet o-rings but I have bought other fro the forks and other issues.
Interesting that there are so many duff pluggs out there. It's difficult to know what could be wrong. Maybe a cracked insulator somewhere inside?

Have you fitted the O rings to your bike and had any issues with new plugs being duff?
