Like in subject how to without any grip failure? I have to copy grips from the other bike (not SH) and I don't know how to remove them carefully.

Spray WD40 between the grip and bar, twist back and forth, and pull.
Will come right off no problem.

Compressed air works well to get grips loose. Hold the blow nozzle of an air hose against the hole in the end and blast away while you twist the grip. The air pressure swells the diameter enough allow the grip to slide right off.

I used a heat gun- held at a distance. Sprayed WD40 into the grip as it softened up and then heated up again. Slid right off without a fight.
