Replacment part for CL77 BUSHING, RUBBER, REAR CUSHION?

Hi, did anyone ever figure out what can be used to replace my worn out shock bushings that go into the swing arm? Part# 52483-273-000 Thanks

This is a picture of my spare CL77 swing arm. I bought some nice aluminum ones from speedmotoco for my CB160 but don't think they are the same size as needed for the CL77.

Are they the same size as the bushings on the CB77? The CB77 units on ebay list every other CL and CB model, but not the CL77.

I think they are different, I know the part #'s are not the same from my search on the forum.

I guess I need to break out the micrometer (if I can find it) and do some research.

I've carved shock bushings from UHMW plastic rod. UHMW is a hard, self lubricating, plastic material that comes in various shapes and sizes. https://www.amazon.com/Molecular-Weight ... uhmw+1+rod I chucked a piece of rod in a lathe, bored the bolt hole then cut the od to a press-fit size. Parted off the pieces to the desired length. You might check with the machine shops in your area to see if any of them dabble in the stuff. If they don't they could probably turn out something for you, out of brass or aluminum stock.
