The rear brake plate, as well has having a different stay angle, is smaller diameter than later ones. This is because the early one did not have the same dust / water seal that later ones have.

The brake drum liner sits flush in the hub and the brake plate lacks the double flange around the edge.

The right hand plate is the early one without the double flange.

I have close-up pictures of the hub, but you are very unlikely to ever find either of these parts, let alone two of them together.... :-)
