Tight Transmission

Ok, going to take a chance someone will look at this and tell me if it is correct. According to what I see on this older posting, it looks good and correct according to what Davo posted right above my pic. Is there any concern with where exactly the forks are or the gears are when putting the lower case on and tightening it up? Also, I looked at a pic of one guys and it looked as thought here was a brass bushing that stuck out like a sore thumb at the end. I have a brash bushing on mine but I don't see it when everything is put together. Am I missing something?

The only way I know to check for fitment is to have it in front of you.
If the lower case is on you will need to remove to show.check that parts. .......lm
