It is possible the Clutch Adjuster in the Side Cover is warn inside.
Is the cable londer than stock?
Your bike should have 6 of each disc and 3 wires. .................lm

Sometimes a hard clutch pull can be traced to improper adjustment. Pull the outer cover off the right side and check out the angle between the cable end and the release arm. Ideally, with the clutch lever pulled back to the handlebar, that angle should be no more than 90° which gives the best mechanical advantage and the easiest pull. When the clutch lifter is adjusted when the cable is already adjusted out too far(tightened) you are trying to pull that arm and cable into a straight line to release the clutch, that makes a lot harder pull. In other words, put more slack in the cable before you adjust the lifter mechanism and the clutch will pull easier(might even fully release too).
