Ed: With the exception of the aluminum friction discs and the blue springs, I suppose, that looks like what I have. Maybe it was rebuilt incorrectly at some point in the past? I guess my questions are these, to bring it back to original state, what should be inside and how should it be configured? Thanks for all your help.

The second clutch I mentioned had all the parts shown so you can compare every part against what you have.
I wasn't able to locate the parts finder for HONDA bikes. ......lm

Ed: Thanks. I have successfully completed my clutch scavenger hunt and believe that I have all the correct components. How are the spring wires installed on the clutch center? Where do the little clips go?

Ed: Got it. I didn't see the little holes for the the spring clips. Thanks.

Also, How much lateral end play should the gear change spindel shaft have?

Couple of thousand in and out very little right/left.
The seal does a lot at the end.
I have the shift lever flush with the end. ...lm
