I stripped the spokes from 6 rims in prep for replating. I didn't notice (look for!) any differance between the spokes. After bead blasting and sorting out I found that half of my A & B spokes have a larger diameter at the top, see attached photo. I assume the ones with the increased diameter are for the rear wheels and the constant diameter ones for the front. Need verification please.
