CB 77 Possibly for Sale

Post by twilloug » Thu Jan 27, 2005 10:48 pm

My dad has a 1965 Super Hawk that has been sitting for about 10 years without running. I made a feable attempt at restoring it when I was going to college about 8 yrs ago. I did get it running but could not ride it very far because it doesn't have a seat. It would be a perfect bike to restore. I have pictures that I will post as soon as I scan them in. Here are the model numbers. Any feedback on how much this bike would be worth is good. I believe there are anywhere from 10 to 15 k miles on the bike.

Engine: CB77E 10028 (I thought I got all of the digits, but seems like I am two numbers short, is this right?)

Frame: CB77 1002834

Thanks in Advance

First time on website. Our family had a '64 or '65 Superhawk (can't remember) when I was a kid. Ended up riding it all through high school and my parents sold it while I was in college. I've always wished I still had it. Don't have any idea what they are worth now, but am interested in purchasing one and restoring. Would like to pursue possible purchase from you if you still have it. Thank you.
