I found out that the starter clutch was loose on the rotor. Tightened it up and the major noise is gone.
With the current setup I assume 219.60 chain is the correct one. Chain needs to be tightened with 0.5 mm shims to get a realistic slack.

One starter motor has probably some incorrect parts installed that makes the metallic noise. Gears looks ok condition.
The other starter motor makes a loud iiiiiii noise. Hopefully some grease will make it noise less.
