Help identifying some parts on my CA77?

Post by durangotang » Wed Sep 02, 2015 5:21 pm

So I have an unrestored CA77 that I picked up in a series of boxes from the original owner who planned to restore it and never got around to it. Needless to say, I just polished everything up and put it back together.

As it sits now:

My question is regarding two apparent add-ons:

1)The mud flap. Who made these? Any chance of finding replacements?

2)This wing on the front fender... I've never seen another one and I'm fearing the day it gets broken. Anyone have info on this?

WHile it has its issues now and again, it's been a great bike.

Both aftermarket but think the wing at least you can still buy on ebay. May not be ca77 specific but think I ran into something similar a few years back. sweet ride btw

Nice Dream!!

The WING on the front fender was a Honda Accessory called a "Fender Ornament"
Part number UNB-C 72-501

The mud flap looks like the kind we used to get at Pep Boys for our bicycles... I didn't see that or those saddlebags in the Honda Accessory catalog.

Now working/riding on my 1965 CA77 Dream...
