With the exception of the Swarbrick megs Les Barker @ Vintage Advantage out in Washington state has everything you listed above and more including knowledge of these bikes no matter what stage you want to take it to. He is a neat guy to chat with and even tried talking me outta having any work done on my engine in favour of buying a 5speed. lol
The Swarbrick megs come in 2 different lengths and neither direct copies of the CYB part nor do they come with hangers. You have to make/weld your own.
If you are in SoCal try looking up Tim Mings,he is a respected/winning Superhawk racer in the LA area. His philosophy is a little different than Mr. Barker's, prefers a shit hot motor and a 4speed. lol
Hi 305racer,

I bought the Yetman frame from Tim. He seems to be the 305 racing guru, but also plays his cards close to his chest! Several years ago I spoke to him at an AHRMA event as he lit up his CYB kitted 305. The bike sounded amazing, unlike any Honda twin I have ever heard. I asked him what he had done with the motor. His reply, "It's pretty much stock." Hmmm......I'll have to prod him a bit more for some 305 wisdom.

I'll definitely be giving Les Barker my business, I hear he's a good guy.

By the way, If the Swarbrick exhaust's are simply megaphone blanks, are there any shops here in the States I can give my business to? I have a set of CYB exhaust on my CYB-72 kitted bike (for show, not go) that I can measure...maybe Circle F?

Thanks for the tips!

Good job getting the Yetman from him,he is hard to get off of parts and info sometimes, they dont call him "Merciless Mings" for nothing. I've been going back and forth with him for a few years about "renting" a set of his CYB rear sets so I can pull a mold and cast a few sets. I still dont have a pattern to pull from. lol

There is a place that advertises in the AHRMA magazine that rolls megs to your specs. but their name escapes me right now. There is also a guy by the name of Seth Rosko that races various other Hondas that make some nice custom exhaust systems to spec.
Sounds like Davomoto has a set of blanks that may be a good deal though.

I have a custom "cone roller" that I built a couple of years ago to roll the Harley Scat mufflers. They are capable of max 26" length, min 1-1/2" id small end, and 3-1/2" min large end--20 ga Mild Steel. If someone can get the correct dim's, I'll roll up a set and we'll try them out.

I've got a set of the Harley Mufflers, double wall and with (2) 1" id internal disc' and no baffle, on my little custom road racer. The bikes pretty quiet but still open enough to run 145 mains in the carbs.

Flathead,
That cone roller is really cool. I'll take some pics of my CYB exhaust tomorrow and post some measurements if anyone is interested.

D,

Actually thats just the cubbie hole at the shop where I keep my special projects. I'm in the machine and fab buisness and do a few bike parts on the side. The machine in the background is a rolling machine for fenders. We've done pretty much all the sheet metal for the Harley Humers including fenders, fork panels, etc. I may tool it at some point and run front fenders and braces for the CL's and CB's if nobody else is repoping them.
