I dont know if this is usefull, if anyone is going to get some 64mm pistons made, the latest ASSO pistons used Kawasaki rings Pt. No. 13008-1128, they are .75mm and a STD part so should be easily available.

I do some race prep work for hire, but not often and usually just for friends, so I'm not trying to advertise or to get work - just passing on my experience.

Take it or leave it as you see fit. It's worth what you pay for it as they say. :-)

Thanks for sharing the pics of your CB77. It's always good to see another one out there on the track.

Gordon, thanks for the info. I have spoken to former long time CB77 racer John Early, he had used a KZ650 Wiseco big bore forged piston in the late 80's/ early 90's. Around 64mm.

Here is another version of the CB350K RSC piston:

The intake valve pocket was hand ground for a larger intake valve.
