The close-ups really showcase the superb attention to detail - big kudos! there are so many nice touches - especially like the rear sets and the use of Heim joints - are they rt and lh threads for adjustment? Gonna use those on mine, as well. Like the use of S/S hdwr. More details on your Amals and megaphone, please.
Beautiful and well executed job!

The Heim joints are std thread. The carbs are Amal 626-301 w/ chokes and used the std Honda throttle cable and splitter.

It appears your chokes are cable operated, and you used a second oem throttle cable for operation? Choke lever set-up?
How close was the jetting on the Amals, as purchased?

You can see the choke lever on the left side of the handlebars. The OEM split cables for the carburetors are short by about an 1/8", not letting the slides seat on the adjustment screws so we are having a pair made.
The carburetors came stock with #2.5 slides 160 main jet and 106 needle jet, running too rich, we bought a # 3.5 slide which leaned out the mixture, when the inclement weather clears we'll do more road testing.

Thanks for comments, she "Scarlet" is a beauty. Inside the motor is a Bore-Tech 358 kit, R/D valve spring kit for Honda 305, Charlie's Place Electronic ignition and a Barnett clutch . Valves are stock as is the cam. Transmission gears are X'd and I'm looking for a 16T front sprocket to to compliment the 37T at the rear.
Still breaking in the motor, so much fun to ride won't be long before I can do an extended ride.
