Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

Get this warning occasionally when trying to log in. What does it mean?

I'm not sure but i haven't been able to log in for about a week. Glad it's working again. Happy new year.

My ISP told me there was heavy traffic because of spamming and bot activity (and the spam control logs reflect it). Apparently this results in so much server activity that the bandwidth gets eaten up. Just one more challenge to deal with.

I remember the flood of spam, largely from some locksmithing outfit, so we shouldn't be surprised that it continues. However, we have seen no spam since the upgrade and for that I am truly grateful. Thanks very much Michael.
