Hey Newbies, Old Timers, and Friends,

So let me tell you how you can post pictures INSIDE the thread instead of attaching the picture to the message...

Step 1: Open a Flickr Account
Step 2: Upload the images you want to post to that Flickr account
Step 3: Find the image in your Flickr account that you want to post
Step 4: Click on "Share This" in the grey top navigation bar
Step 5: Click on Grab the HTML/BBCode and elect to get the "BBCODE" on the bottom radio button
Step 6: Copy the HTML in the box and simply paste it in your message

Note: Do NOT use the "IMG" button in the Forum posting tool - its not necessary, just copy and paste the HTML from FLICKR BBCODE and it will appear on the forum in the thread insteaf, not as an attachement.

The pros? Its higher resolution and it does not need the user to download it... ;)

Here is an example:

Thanks!

I don't mean to be rude, but did this really need five different threads?

Yer, but....no, but......yer, but......no, but.....anyway, wotchoo lookin at?!

The problem with embedding BBCode images is that they tend to expand the width of the webpage, resulting in a horizontal 'drag bar' because of the X-axis pixel count. Now, this is fine if you use a widescreen format display. But if, like me, you work synced with two or more 1280 x 1024-res laptops/desktops, then a standard-format display becomes handicapped when reading horizontally(X-axis)-expanded posts.
