Where do you see that? I ordered from Summit and there was only one kind - VHT High Temperature Engine Enamel SP127 UNIVERSAL ALUMINUM. Just checked the VHT website and I only see one there too:

Let me know!!??

on the page you linked to.. it's hidden right in the middle.
Finish: Flat, Satin, Gloss and Metallic

I looked at a can in the auto parts store tonight and it didn't say what finish it was, so maybe there's just one and the info on their web site isn't correct. ?

Right you are!!! Never saw that. I've never seen anything on the cans either. I think that's probably some boilerplate on the webpage that isn't relevant. What auto parts store did you find it in? None of the chains here in Cleveland carry it.

I know this topic has been beat to death but i am unable to find the recommended silver paint in Fort Wayne IN. However when i visited my local Lowes i found no fewer than 9 different colors and finishes of Rustolem silver/gray paint there.
Several called Aluminum silver in gloss, or matte finishes. I know i can probably find the recommended paint on line but it would be nice to be able to drive 2 miles from home and get some if i need it. Has anyone tried any of the other Rustolem finishes? Is the silver paint on the new honda motercycles the same as the early 60's colors as i am wiling to buy a couple of the Rustolem colors but i need something to match it to.

thanks Mike

Mike, I use Rustoleam heat resistent silver, and then clear coat it. Not an exact match, but I like it, and it's readily available. The aluminum silver is much too bright IMHO.
