Thanks Mike

powder coat cost in Sacramento

Post by FAST FRED » Sat Mar 02, 2013 1:01 pm

Here in Sacramento I paid $350.00 to have all the red frame parts powdwder coater coated on my 65 CL77. there were about 20 pieces including lower forks, footpegs, tool box taillight bracket, headlight case and brackets. The cost was well worth it as I had estimates from painters that were double the price.

South San Francisco, $250 frame , swingarm and skid plate in black. Like Fred said, way cheaper than painting!

In the San Diego area, $150 for the frame only and $275 total for the frame, skid plate, foot peg support bar swing arm etc. (Sandblasting prep and Powder Coating)

I was initially torn between Powder Coating and Painting, sure am happy with the powder coating.

Minneapolis St Paul MN. I had everything that is black on the Honda CL77 powdercoated for $100. Pretty cheap compared to paint by far and more durable.
