License Plate Tail Light Frame

Post by catterar » Sun Oct 06, 2013 6:18 pm

What is the correct color for the license plate/tail light frame? Should it be same color as the bike or should it be black? The bike is red but did not have the l/t frame when I bought it. The frame I bought is black, but I want it to be correct when I have the bike painted.
Thanks,
Bob

The bike is titled as a 1964 CA78 but the title was obtained based on what the seller had listed the bike as. I believe it is actually a 1965 model based on the tag on the wiring harness.
Thanks,
Bob
