Just plain ole cellulose. I don't have any special apparatus so just paint outdoors on sunny days.

The tank looks lighter but I think that's because the picture was taken indoors. The frame pics are closer to the 'real' color.

G-Man, that paint looks amazing. I just tried my first compressor HPLV gun paint job, it needs wet sanded now but hoping to reach similar effect.
