CB400F headlight part number

Post by 180degree » Thu Oct 19, 2017 11:20 am

Does anyone know the correct part number for the CB400F headlight that can be made to work on a CL77? I have read about this but haven't been able to find the part number.

G, thanks! This is just what i was looking for. In a related question, I see on the back of my original headlight it has 12V 35/25W. This one has 12V 50/35W. Would I need to upgrade my charging system to use this bulb? Thanks again

50w is the maximum for the generator. if you buy the European version you can fir a lower wattage bulb.

G-Man, thanks again for the advice, I appreciate it. I found another Honda 7" sealed beam headlight that I'm now wondering if it could be made to work. I'm going to start another post so this doesn't get too far off topic, thanks again
