cb77 ignition switch alternative?

Post by Bert96 » Thu Dec 26, 2019 11:29 am

Hi,

I would like to install a new ignition switch for my cb77 '65.The problem is i don't want to spend 400$ on switch!
So,is there anybody who have tried another switch, with a little ''change'' on it to make it work?

Thanks

Bert

Several models from the 60s and 70s used switches which will mount and which have similar functionality. The CB350 switch probably works if you deal with the connections. I say probably because I have a vague recollection of this being done some years ago but memory being what it is ...

Maybe someone else could add more.
