small part - big problem

Post by terecha » Thu Sep 15, 2011 12:32 pm

Hi!
I purchased almost all parts for my old Superhawk (about 100 parts) but I can't finish my project....

1. can't find pawl for my Superhawk anywhere.
Honda number 28255-250-020
Honda dealers always said 'discontinued' :( The same in web shops :(
This is very needed part for me.

2. Also I am looking for 0.50 oversize pistons and the piston pins. Codes:
13103-275-020 and 13111-251-000
I can replace these parts with wiseco or kenig sets, but prefer find OEM Honda's

Any suggestions ?

:(

You can try here, but Nick does not do credit cards or online ordering. Perhaps someone in the US can help you out....

Try Ebay for pistons and wrist pins. Fast Fred, member on this site, still had some pawls left last time I talked to him. PM him through this site.

The Wiseco pistons are a work of art! The only thing I didn't like was the three piece oil ring. I have done two engines with those pistons, and both are running great. One has about 5K hard miles on it, and still has 150psi compression on both cylinders.
