If you haven't added oil I'd recommend you install them correctly. ............lm

Thank you, and you're right - no chance of parting out at this point! :-D

FYI While riding around I found a significant steering dead spot that will need new bearings. I ordered roller bearings that are supposed to fit with just an additional spacer, and will probably do the work this upcoming weekend.

I started on my corroded fuel tank - trying to decide whether to finish it myself, or farm that work out to a fellow Ohio restorer.

I ordered "bullet" electrical connectors to start cleaning up the wiring. I'll take that opportunity to go through every connection with dielectric grease.

Little by little...

Yea. I'll replace them eventually. They work great but are too angly for the otherwise curved aesthetic. Have any recommended sources?

Also, how do I determine which fork seals to buy?
