Been there also. If the metal is badly pitted and it looks like that one is, many platers will not do it. Also the pitting will still show under the new plate. You can find decent rims on ebay . Keep in mind that replating a rim will cost from $125 - $300 each. NOS spokes check with Ohio cycle and Cmsnl. Those aftermarket spokes will work but the lenght of the bends are wrong and just don't look right to me. Got a new set of them I'll sell cheap
if you want them.

There are pattern spokes from Thailand on eBay which are not butted as the oem Honda ones are.
